Xila processes payments through Stripe, so you can pay with major credit and debit cards, and — where available — Apple Pay or Google Pay at checkout. Your card details are never stored on Xila's own servers; Stripe handles payment data under PCI-DSS compliance. Sellers receive payouts to their linked bank account through Stripe as well.
The Marketplace is Xila's unified search and discovery surface — it uses AI-powered search to return a mixed set of results across products, services, jobs, rentals, businesses, and people in one place. If you already know what you're looking for, you can also browse the dedicated Products, Services, or Properties sections directly for a category-specific experience.
Open your Workspace and go to the Products or Services board, then create a new listing with a title, description, category, pricing, and photos. Service sellers can also configure how customers book — chat, phone/video call, on-site visit, room booking, table booking, or ticketed event — from the same business profile setup.
My Plugs (Settings > My Plugs) is Xila's integration hub for connecting your account to other channels you use for selling or gathering reviews, so your activity can stay in sync instead of being managed separately on every platform. You manage which connections are active and what data they sync from that same settings page.
Add items to your cart from any product or listing page, review quantities and pricing on the Cart page, then proceed to Checkout to enter shipping and payment details. Checkout calculates taxes and totals before you confirm the order, and you'll get an order confirmation once payment is processed.
Every purchase you make appears under My Orders, where you can see order status, shipping/tracking updates, and order details. Selecting an order opens its full detail view, where you can message the seller, request a return, or open a dispute if something goes wrong.
If an order doesn't work out, start with "Request Return" on the order in My Orders — the seller reviews and approves the return, and once it's shipped back, a refund is processed. If a seller doesn't respond or you can't reach an agreement, you can escalate to a formal dispute, which support reviews and helps mediate.
Every listing and business profile has a way to reach out directly through Xila's messaging system — you can ask questions, request more details, or discuss a custom order without leaving the platform. Keeping communication inside Xila means your conversation history stays attached to the order or listing if you ever need to open a dispute.
After an order is completed or a booking finishes, you'll be able to leave a rating and written review from your Orders page or the relevant booking record. Reviews are tied to verified purchases or bookings, and businesses can respond publicly, which helps keep feedback on Xila trustworthy for other buyers.
Xila supports two-factor authentication and lets you review active sessions and devices from Account & Security in Settings. Payment data is handled by Stripe under PCI-DSS standards rather than stored directly on Xila's servers, and all traffic between your device and Xila is encrypted.
Yes — most product, service, and property listings have a bookmark/save option so you can build a shortlist without adding items to your cart or committing to a booking. Saved items are available from your Bookmarks section so you can come back to them anytime.
Yes. Xila doesn't force a separate buyer or seller account — from your personal profile you can shop the Marketplace, and from your Workspace you can manage listings, bookings, orders, and a team if you're running a business. Switch between the two from your account menu at any time.
If you run into abusive behavior, spam, or a policy violation, use the report option on the user's profile, listing, or a specific message/order. You can also manage a personal Blocked Users list from Settings so a blocked account can no longer message or contact you.
Account deletion is handled from the dedicated Delete Account page, which explains what happens to your listings, orders, and data before you confirm. Because deletion affects active orders, bookings, and payouts, review any open activity first — the page walks through what to resolve before your account can be closed.
